Hello everyone!
This weekend was a rather interesting weekend as far as in game goes. I got home friday from work to see that abosultely nothing was going on, and it bored me to death. In which i put up some auctions and went to bed.
Saturday was much better, I had most of the day to play and I ran UB with my shadow priest, healing. No gear, only a bunch of whiners who cried about dieing occasionally. We had a 70 with us who was making our experience rather easy and I was having little problems healing when our group wasn't screwing things up beyond belief. We ended up calling it on the hunter/druid boss because needless to say the group got rather frustrating and I couldnt take much more of their complaining.
After that, I managed to get into a group for heroic Arc on my shaman, it wsnt terrible, but our tank bailed out on us right before the last boss. So we never did get to finish it and complete the daily. I did get some new loot for my elemental set, Worldfire Chestgaurd, and a few badges. I certainly cant complain.
That evening, I logged back on my shadow priest for a while, did a few quests in Hellfire, and called it a night.
Sunday was actually fun in game, its been a while since I have been raiding. No time to raid as of late.
The day started out with a run of BRD for a friend who wanted to learn to smelt dark iron ore. Well since I was the only one who knew how to do it, I was asked to take them through. I said sure so long as I could take a guildie to get him some new gear. We walked through the instance with no problem whatsoever. I was shocked, we even managed to do the torch room without a hitch and taken down the last 2 bosses. When will blizzard evaluate that room and put an end to the trauma the torch carriers cause? It makes my blood boil when someone asks to go through that room!
Around 8:30 pm, my guild got a kara run moving, we managed to down opera (big bad wolf) and curator. I did manage to pick up the elemental helm for my shaman, Big Bad Wolf's Head. One more epic to add to the elemental set!
Im getting a pretty good elemental set going. I have an epic helm, epic kilt, and epic shoulders. I also have a blue staff, two totems to interchange, a blue chest, a trinket. Im pretty impressed with the gear I have and I might re-spec to give elemental a whirl if I get just a few more peices of gear to suit the spec.
This weekend I only logged on my hunter to put up auctions and transfer items from my guild bank. I didnt even log on my warlock.
This week I plan on Wednesday morning to log on and start leveling my shadow priest in Zangarmarsh. I have almost all of the quests in Hellfire done, I only plan to go back to PVP when I get a chance, I want to get this Mark of Defiance and this Incendic Rod.
Depending on how this week works out now that my ex-boyfriend is slowly slipping away into his new life. I may have plenty of time this week to get caught up on some quest/exp grinding.
